Telephone Tree
The Head Room Parent is the key contact to being a telephone tree. You can get a student phone list from your teacher. Telephone trees are needed mainly to notify parents of special events or emergencies. The Head Room Parent will be contacted with the pertinent information. The Head Room Parent will then contact the other Room Parents with the information and they, in turn, will notify the other parents in the class.
To Do:
- Head Room parent need to ask the teacher for a student phone list.
- Divide the class list by the amount of Room Parents.
- Give each room parent a master list, and tell them which parents they will have to call when needed.
